  • Think about the habits you want to start practicing in your life. We'll help you pick a good one for the challenge, but you can start thinking about it already. See some examples below.
  • Do this with a friend or colleague (just forward them this page URL to sign up) to create a buzz and accountability. It's always better together!
  • You’ll receive a daily email with encouragement to stick to your habit and some tips on how to keep it going.
  • After 7 days we’ll check in on how it went and what you can do to stick it for longer.
