My view? You don’t have to have all the answers or decide the best way for employees to adapt… Create a slot to discuss this in your team meetings and let employees come up with ideas.
In light of these strange times, this is your opportunity to show that you really care. Make sure to call your employees who’re at home to ask them how they are. Create virtual team meetings where everyone checks in on what’s going on for them personally as well as work-wise.
While we’re practising social distancing, let’s not practise social disconnection. Stay connected. Use technology to show you care.
