A moment of truth

Around this time of year most people either sprint to the finish line or collapse into it.

Both are understandable and can look productive. Neither creates clarity.

I’m not here to give you a list of ‘5 things to do before 2026’ or push another year-end reset. I’m simply inviting you to pause. A moment to look at your life without the usual noise.

Because when you stop long enough to look at what’s happening beneath the surface, you may find something you’ve been tolerating for too long. Perhaps a quiet (or not so quiet) frustration.

A deflation of energy or purpose. A sense that you’re operating at 70 percent of who you know you can be.

If this resonates even slightly, I’m sharing something here that might help.

It’s a short, reflective Life Clarity Quiz I use with clients.

It’s simple and honest.

A clear snapshot of where your life is aligned, where it’s stretched thin and what wants your attention next.

If your score stirs up some thoughts for you, I’m inviting you to reach out for a conversation.

I’m opening a few Power Hour sessions over the next weeks for people who want a clear, grounded conversation to understand:

  • what surfaced in the quiz more deeply
  • what’s draining your energy
  • what you’ve been tolerating
  • where you’re drifting
  • what shift would make the biggest difference

Most people move on after filling out a quiz like this out. The rare ones pause and do something with the reflected insights.

If you want a conversation that will give you that space to discover deeper insights, reply to this email with “I’m in” and I’ll send you your options.

Here’s to choosing clarity over autopilot.

PS: If you’ve been feeling a quiet pull toward change, but haven’t given yourself the space to look at it, this is a good place to start. The quiz takes 5-15 minutes and the insights tend to land deep.
