It’s been a few years of interacting with my team members through Zoom, email and WhatsApp and it was such a pleasure to finally meet two of them in person!

As someone who manages a global and remote team, I know firsthand the benefits and challenges of remote work. And there’s something special about meeting your colleagues face-to-face in 3D.

Last month I had the joyful experience of connecting live with Frank Uit de Weerd (Amsterdam) and Gaby Rajak (South Africa, but we met up in Israel) – two amazing executive coaches who are part of my global team, making an impact in leaders’ lives.

It’s amazing how technology makes it possible for us to work together, as a cohesive team, serving our clients all over the world, despite being in different time zones and countries. We’ve also been able to build a sense of community within the team to support and grow with each other.

But it’s equally important to remember the importance of human connection. When there’s an opportunity to have an in-person meeting, it makes the connection even more fun!

As an executive coach and leadership development expert, I know how crucial it is for leaders to adapt to the changing work landscape. Remote and hybrid workplaces are here to stay, and it’s up to us to make it work for our businesses and our teams.

That’s why I’m proud to lead a team of global coaches who are ready to deliver coaching and development programs to leaders around the world.

What strategies have you found effective in building strong relationships and creating a sense of connection in your remote or hybrid team?
