“Finally, I get what you’ve been trying to tell me all this time.”
This is what my client Sarah, a CEO of the Israeli division of a large multinational organisation, said to me after a year of working together.
Sarah is a super-achiever. She’s innovative, results-driven and known as “the magician” in her firm because she pushes for (and gets) results that others would give up on — purely because of her innovative thinking, drive and persistence. She’s in the medical industry, so what drives her is the knowledge that every “yes” she gets saves lives. That’s why she doesn’t take “no” for an answer, puts in crazy hours and achieves the almost impossible.
