“In future, there will be no more female leaders. There will be just leaders.”
For me this says it all.
When we get to a time when we can acknowledge that feminine and masculine energy has nothing to do with gender and everything to do with being a whole human being.
When gender, race, religion or politics doesn’t play a part in how we perceive people but accept everyone as equals with valid and valuable differences.
When we each do our part in making our contribution to the world, to alleviate suffering and increase joy.
I think our world will be a very different place to live.
A couple of weeks ago, a great leader passed away too soon. Tony Hsieh (pronounced Shay), former CEO of Zappos and the man who made the world see that focusing on your values, energy and culture makes for a super-succesful business that breaks the rules and pushes the boundaries of what’s possible. Rest in Peace.
