My view (#13) Only Showing Your Business
Online media gives us the opportunity to show more of ourselves and our business. Customers like to get to know the person behind the brand. It builds a sense of connection, trust and loyalty. So don’t make it only about business, be sure to share your story, your why, your likes and dislikes. In this way, your target market gets to know, like and trust you, and hopefully buy from you too.
